The lawyer of the Palestinian Prisoner Club Mofeed al-Haj said on Sunday that the Israeli occupation court in Jerusalem held a hearing to consider a new case filed by the Israeli prosecution against the boy Shadi Farah, 15, from Jerusalem, claiming that the boy was carrying out incitement inside the Tamra events center, Occupation authorities since the date of his arrest on 30 December 2015
Al-Haj added that the Israeli prosecution demanded during the hearing that the boy be transferred to one of the detention camps
The court finally decided to keep him in the center of events to spend the remainder of his two-year sentence
Note that the court of the occupation when he ruled the boy Farah did not count a full year spent in detention before the final verdict in 2016
Eight Palestinian boys, including the boy, were arrested by the Israeli occupation authorities in special juvenile centers in the occupied territories in 1948, serving various sentences for actual imprisonment.
