The Gaza Ministry of Health has reported 41 deaths and 184 injuries over the last 24 hours, following the ongoing military escalation in the region. The recent days have seen a significant increase in civilian casualties, as Israeli airstrikes have targeted residential areas and vital infrastructure.
The Ministry also confirmed that hospitals in Gaza are facing severe shortages of medicines and medical supplies needed to treat the injured, especially after many healthcare facilities were damaged by airstrikes. Medical teams are also struggling to maintain healthcare services amid overwhelming pressure on already strained resources.
A spokesperson for the Ministry of Health stated that the total death toll since the beginning of the latest escalation has surpassed 350 people, with more than 2,500 individuals reported injured, as airstrikes and military operations continue to escalate.
