48 Palestinians have been held in Israeli jails for over 20 consecutive years, a human rights group has reported
Researcher Reyad al-Ashkar, from the Palestine Center for Studies, said 48 Palestinian detainees have been incarcerated in Israeli dungeons for more than 20 years, 12 among whom jailed for over 30 years
The list also includes 29 detainees who have been held behind Israeli prison bars since before the Oslo Accord, struck in 1994
