Israeli soldiers also gave instructions to stop the construction of the building, consisting of a maternal and childcare centre
Yabad mayor, Samer Abu Bakr, denounced the measure, which he said makes part of a preplanned Israeli scheme to grab Palestinian land in the area in favor of illegal settlement purposes
