The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) last night and at dawn Thursday kidnaped several Palestinian citizens during campaigns in different West Bank areas.
According to local sources, the IOF stormed ash-Shuyukh village, northeast of al-Khalil City, and kidnaped ex-detainee Hamza Halayka from his home.
Halayka was released on Wednesday after completing a 16-year prison term. In 2005, he was kidnaped from his home because of his affiliation with al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas.
In Bethlehem, the IOF kidnaped 28-year-old Adham Awwad from his home in Jabel al-Mawalleh area.
Two other young men were taken prisoners during raids on their homes in Beita town, south of Nablus. They were identified as Mohamed Hamayel and Mohamed Dawoud.
The IOF also kidnaped an ex-detainee called Salloum Jawdeh from his home in the new Askar refugee camp in eastern Nablus.
In Jenin, three brothers were kidnaped by the IOF from the village of Umm al-Rayhan.
In Tubas, the IOF kidnaped a citizen called Fawwaz Abu Dawwas, his son Mohamed and two brothers from the family of Sawafta following raids on their homes.
