Israeli occupation police officers shot and killed a 16-year-old Palestinian boy in Jerusalem

Israeli border police officers shot and killed a 16-year-old Palestinian boy in the Old City of Occupied Jerusalem after claiming he attacked two of their comrades with a knife.

Local sources said that the Israeli police cordoned off the scene of the alleged stabbing attack in which two police officers were injured.

The Hebrew Channel 12 said that one of the officers sustained injuries in his leg and head while the other was stabbed in the head.

Jerusalemite sources said that large numbers of Israeli border guards stormed Aisawiya town in Occupied Jerusalem and broke into the home of the boy Omar Abu Assab and took away his parents and teenage brother Hussein.

They added that violent confrontations ensued between the Israeli forces and young men in the town.
