Three Palestinians citizens were injured, one by a bullet, on Saturday night when a horde of extremist Jewish settlers stormed the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Ras al-Amud and assaulted local residents.
According to eyewitnesses, a group of settlers from the illegal outpost near Ras al-Amud stormed the neighborhood under police escort and attacked local young men.
One young man was wounded in his hand when a settler opened fire at him under the noses of police officers. He was rushed to a local hospital for medical assistance.
Two other young men were also injured when the same settlers physically attacked them.
In a separate incident, another horde of settlers on the same day hurled rocks at Palestinian vehicles near the Zaatara military checkpoint in southern Nablus. Some cars sustained damage in the attack.
