Israeli court delays trial of hunger-striking Khader Adnan

Mohjat al-Quds Foundation said: “Israel's Salem court, on Monday, delayed the trial of the Palestinian detainee Khader Adnan, who has been on hunger strike for 51 days, until 29 October

The Israel Prison Service has transferred Adnan to three jails since he declared an open hunger strike, on 2 September in protest at his arbitrary detention, in an attempt to exhaust him pressuring him to suspend his strike

A resident of Arraba town in Jenin, Adnan, had waged two long hunger strikes in Israeli jails against administrative detention, forcing the Israeli authorities to respond to his demands
