The Israeli occupation police on Monday physically assaulted two Palestinian citizens after arresting them and taking them to one of the interrogation centers in west Jerusalem
According to local sources, the IOF arrested two Jerusalemite citizens called Sa’eid Rokon, photographer, and Ahed al-Rasheq after storming the charitable Hospital of al-Makassed and preventing its staff from celebrating its 50th founding anniversary
The two detainees were beaten and blindfolded by officers and taken to the police station of al-Maskubiya in west Jerusalem
Later, the assaulted citizens received medical assistance in al-Makassed Hospital
Israeli security minister Gilad Erdan had issued an order banning the administration of the Hospital from marking the founding anniversary at the pretext that the event was sponsored by the Palestinian Authority
