The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday bulldozed Palestinian-owned farmlands in Battir village in Bethlehem
Battir's mayor Tayseer Qattoush said that the IOF leveled about 15 dunums of land and uprooted 60 olive trees owned by the Palestinian citizens Raed and Riyad Abu Harthiyyah
The IOF further attempted to confiscate a caravan where Raed Abu Harthiyyah and his family live, while dozens of Palestinians demonstrated in the area to foil the attack
Abu Harthiyyah bought the caravan after the IOF had demolished his home leaving his seven-member family in the open
